We at Cybion GmbH were very honoured to have Professor Gang Li visit us in London on the 17th and 18th of February. Professor Li is one of the world’s pioneers of the TTT (Transverse Tibial Transport) technique. He has treated more than 100 patients with this technique to prevent major amputation of their diabetic foot. At Kings College Hospital in London, where the first TTT-patient in the UK was treated, the Professor gave a lecture on the TTT-Treatment and shared his experiences with members of the Mike Edmonds Diabetic Foot Clinic. During the lecture, we presented two awards to the great surgeons who performed the first TTT-procedure for Cybion in the UK: Professor Venu Kavarthapu and Mr. Thomas Hester 🏆
