Another important milestone has been reached for Cybion GmbH and TTT-Technology.
On the 20th February, Acuña & Fombona, Cybion’s business partner in Spain, organised the first INTERNATIONAL TTT-SYMPOSIUM in collaboration with La Arrixaca University Hospital in Murcia. The event was attended by more than 25 surgeons from Mexico, Brazil and Spain. The event, which was a benchmark in the field of medical innovation, in particular with regard to TTT-Technology, began with a theoretical part in which the surgeons were introduced to the intricacies of the TTT-Technique by a team of experts. This was followed by a lecture on the historical background and development of the tibial transverse transport technique, given by several specialists, including Professor Gang Li, who has successfully treated over a hundred patients with the unique TTT-Treatment.
In the practical session that followed in the afternoon, the surgeons took part in a cadaver workshop to put into practice what they had learnt previously.
